Two years ago, we embarked on a journey to discover a new sound within the world of our Cosmic Tape Music galaxy….

We had received more requests than we could count for the addition of a “locked groove” to the already FAR OUT music we’d been creating.

For our most cosmic expeditions, we had completely abandoned MIDI sync.

For our most pop iterations, we were always breaking the form into shattered bridges and change-ups.

Were we capable of conquering this elusive groove? The one that everyone was curiously clamoring for?

A wild, confounding, meandering, sci-fi and ultimately joyous journey led us to finding out that we could, we can and we LOVE to.

While still maintaining our galactically improvisational style - dawless, live, and cut directly to 1/4” tape - we found OUR groove. We embraced this groove, and we have an official single now for you to put to the test!
